GUESTBOOK
Dear Ilse,
What a fantastic campsite! After a quick and nice e-mail contact we were welcomed royally with a cold beer and a nice chat. The wine is also delicious. nice walk and explored the area with the camper during a day of rain. Laura (Frisian Stabij) also loved it here. She just didn't make friends with Pimmetje and the other cats. She found the chickens and geese very interesting, but left them alone. Now we are moving further north, but still hope to come back again. Thanks and kind regards,
Jack and Marinke
Hello dear Ilse and family,
Here are a kind word from Greengrocer Henk and family. Thank you for your hospitality and especially the warm welcome. Saturday was a real party where many people went completely wild, That's how you see something different in people. The TomTom was a godsend, and we have already been able to see a lot of Hungary. The BBQ-ing on the tripod above the campfire made us so enthusiastic that we bought one ourselves. Instead of the fire we have a burner so that we can use it in the Netherlands.

Hello dear all,Unfortunately we are leaving rather abruptly this time, but not without writing a little piece in the guestbook! This time we stayed for almost 2 weeks and we feel like we were part of life here for a while. Thank you for that! Unfortunately we can't be at the big party but this gives us a good reason to come back 🙂 Thank you for all the good care (especially today) and definitely see you soon! We will continue to follow Facebook and the Newsletters..
See you soon?!

Hi Ilse, Erwin, Anne and Arvid and of course Robbert,Unfortunately we will miss the “Maypole Festival” tonight. We will leave for Budapest soon. And we have another reason to come back: we still have to visit Anne and Arvid. By the way: our Chris would have loved it here too, so that is reason number 3! It was wonderfully relaxing, a holiday with a “family feeling”, Lake Balaton nice and close, well relatively close. What more could you want? We have never spent a holiday in the same place twice, but it could well be that this time will be different. Thank you for your good care and the fun, and maybe see you soon!

Good day Ilse and co,
Half a year ago we were planning our holiday, it was going to be a motorbike trip that would blow everyone's socks off. 17 days away with the motorbike, 8 countries and a lot of kilometres, that was the plan. Together with four biker friends we started organising and planning. The intention was to go to the Balatonsoundfestival, many friends went by car, train and plane but we were looking for adventure and decided to get our motorbikes out of the shed. Because the Balatonfestival is a huge event it did not seem to us the ideal place to park our motorbikes for 4 days.
So I went looking for a place where the bikes could stay for four days, after a short search I ended up at La Petit Etoile. It was located a short distance from the lake so we thought we'd give it a try. My first email was answered quickly and positively. Ilse even suggested to bring us to the festival and pick us up, what a service. 'Customer is king' was the motto, and we experienced that first hand. After some email correspondence and communicating our arrival time we were kindly received. We hadn't even taken off our helmets and we were already handed a nice cold beer, wonderful. After a cooling dip in the pool with a brilliant floating bar we were immediately allowed to put our legs under the table for a Hungarian specialty, pörkölt. This in combination with home-made wine made it complete. With our bellies well filled we were brought from the quiet Mikosi to the busy festival. After four days of dancing and partying, swimming and eating, lying and lying 😀 we were picked up by Ilse. Just a quick phone call and there she was, again .. what a service. Nasi was on the menu, power food that we could use after four days of Balatonsound in our legs. Normally the trip would continue the same day to Budapest, but because not everyone was feeling optimal we decided to stay one night at the camping la petit étoile, if only to guarantee general safety. This was also no problem at all even though it was not provided. In the evening, rested a bit with a glass of wine, we crawled into bed early. After a wonderful and beneficial night's sleep we were served a delicious breakfast, nice to gain some more strength outside to continue our trip. I would like to thank Ilse and co for the hospitality and the delicious food, our holiday was great. You certainly contributed to that.

Hi Ilse, Erwin, Robbert, Anne and Arvid,
We, from Sauwerd and Utreg, have veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery enjoyed a week of Hungarian Dutch fun and entertainment here at Camping La petite étoile. It was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! Especially the energy of everything, such as baking bread, parties and you name it from you, has amazed us. Ilse in the lead, Anne and also Arvid and Erwin, this dynamic is truly wonderful. We are completely recharged by it! Doke adds: The palinka activity of Allard, my children and being sung to by "real" Hungarians have made my 60th here unforgettable

Hello everyone,There is already a whole story on the previous page, but I would like to say that I also enjoyed myself here. It was of course unforgettable from the first evening. The band that kept playing despite the audience having left and Allard who acted even crazier than he normally did. We really enjoyed the surroundings, your hospitality and all the cosiness. Eating together, also on the vineyard, was also very nice even though I knocked over the kettle with the food. Have a nice summer, stay, and have lots of fun here and see you in Groningen, Brabant, Utrecht or Hungary.
